Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchange Policies strives to please its customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund or exchange. (“Buy 20 Cases, Get 1 Free” specials cannot be returned or exchanged)

To be eligible for a refund / exchange:

  • Receipt of Purchase is Required
  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date received
  • Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning products to & will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return (manufacturer defects exempt from restocking fee)
