Free shipping applies to standard ground shipments within the continental United States. Orders will be shipped with the most cost-effective shipping method. There is no minimum order quantity or coupon code needed for free shipping. If you are shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, shipping charges will apply based on current shipping rates. We do not ship to countries outside of the USA and Canada at this time.
Orders exceeding standard carrier limits, including bulk or palletized shipments, may require freight shipping and are subject to additional charges. This is handled on a case by case basis due to varying package sizes, but generally speaking, if you order enough product to fill half a pallet or more, it will require a freight quote. You will be contacted with a freight quote for approval prior to shipment.

Returns and Exchange Policies
Sponge Outlet strives to please its customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund or exchange. (“Buy 20 Cases, Get 1 Free” specials cannot be returned or exchanged)
To be eligible for a refund / exchange:
- Receipt of Purchase is Required
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date received
- Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning products to SpongeOutlet.com & will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return (manufacturer defects exempt from restocking fee)
